There is no self-serve path, and there is a reason.
This is an application rather than a signup. Gaincraft deploys with hardware in your stores, consent signage agreed with your counsel, and a behaviour playbook configured to your category. None of that can be provisioned by entering a card number, and pretending otherwise would waste your quarter.
What deployment involves
- Hardware ships to each door
- Capture runs on fixed counter devices with an always-visible indicator, installed in a scheduled visit. There is nothing to download and nothing that runs on an associate’s phone.
- Consent signage is physical
- Entrance and counter signage, a QR-accessible plain-language notice, and a verbal disclosure written into the greeting. Placement is agreed with your legal team and recorded on a signed zone map before capture is armed.
- The playbook is configured, not generic
- Behaviours are drafted for your category and then calibrated against your own conversations. A library imported unchanged from another market does not describe your customers.
- A DPA is executed first
- Retention window, access policy and residency are settled before a single conversation is captured.
What we look for in a design partner
- You are prepared to give point-of-sale or CRM access at ticket level. Without it, no result can be audited, and a pilot without it does not start.
- One named executive owner with authority over the district in scope, on a weekly call for the duration.
- Legal and compliance participation from week one, before any product demonstration.
- A willingness to have the day-90 readout published to your own leadership whether or not it supports a renewal.
We accept a small number of design partners at a time, because founder-led onboarding is part of the arrangement. If the fit is wrong we will say so rather than take the pilot.
