You are accountable for conversion in every door and you have heard almost none of the conversations.
Your quality programme samples two staged visits a store a month and reports weeks later. Everything else you know about how your floor sells is anecdote passed up a chain of managers who each saw a fraction of it.
What you get
Coverage, evidence, and something to bring to the review.
Coverage instead of a sample
Every consultative conversation on a capturing counter is scored, every day. Not two staged mystery shops a month, not a district manager’s recollection of a Tuesday visit.
Evidence behind every people decision
Coaching, promotion and commission disputes stop being arguments about memory. There is a behaviour record per associate, with the audio behind each number, and the associate can dispute it.
A quarterly business review with evidence
You walk in with which behaviours moved, in which stores, and what that was worth — rather than a conversion chart and a theory about footfall.
One standard, held across the estate
A behaviour playbook set centrally and measured identically in every door, so a regional difference is a fact rather than an assertion.

In practice
What this changes in your week
On Monday morning you open a scorecard that shows the weakest behaviour in every store in your region, ranked. You do not read six hundred conversations; you read one column and know where to send a district manager.
When a regional VP tells you a store is underperforming because of footfall, you can check. If the behaviour scores in that store are at estate median, the problem is genuinely traffic. If they are not, you know exactly which two behaviours to fix and which associate already does them well.
When a commission dispute reaches you, there is a record. When you promote someone, you can name the behaviours that justified it. When someone is managed out, the file is evidence rather than recollection, which protects the company and, more often than people expect, protects the associate.
At the quarterly review you stop defending an anecdote. The number you present is coverage-backed and cohort-tested: coached associates against capture-only associates in the same store, same footfall, same manager.
